The central location of Vigo in the Galicia-North Portugal Euroregion makes our students demand a greater geographical mobility to carry out their work experience in foreign companies.
The relationship of the IES Audiovisual with Portugal started with the beginnings of the school itself, with the annual participation of our students in the festival “Olhares Frontais”, which takes place in Viana do Castelo. In this event, students live for a weekend with other students from the same branches of knowledge from other European countries, exchanging experiences and audiovisual projects.
In addition, since 2007 students have been sent to carry out training stays abroad (Colombia, Portugal or the United Kingdom).
Since the Erasmus Charter was awarded to the centre in 2014, participation in international programmes has increased exponentially. Since then, there have been more than 50 mobilities of students in European countries and more than 20 mobilities of teachers.
